**Job Title: MEP Coordinator**

**What you will do?**
- Oversee MEP works from design to execution, ensuring integration with civil and architectural works.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
- Monitor and inspect MEP installations on-site, ensuring adherence to Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and international codes.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with HSE regulations, Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) requirements, and local municipality guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with the project planning team to align MEP activities with overall project timelines.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with project standards.
- Identify cost-effective solutions and propose modifications to improve system efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Prepare progress reports, RFIs, method statements, and ensure all MEP documentation is up to date.

**what you will need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of MEP coordination experience in large commercial, residential, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Preferably PMP, LEED, or relevant MEP certifications.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Familiarity with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, BS, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Primavera P6, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
