**Job Title**: Site Foreman
**Location**: Lusail

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive **Site Foreman** to oversee construction operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure efficient execution of site activities in accordance with project plans and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review approved drawings and plan daily site activities in line with the project schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Supervise labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, proper material usage, and adherence to technical standards.
- Enforce safety regulations by providing PPE, conducting checks, and taking action on any violations.
- Report to site early, oversee all ongoing works, and support site engineers with additional assigned duties.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- With experience working in tower project at Lusail (Preferably)
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar role
- Must have **Valid QID and NOC**:

- **Ready to transfer sponsorship**:

- **Available to join immediately**
