Key Responsibilities:

  • Review approved construction drawings and plan daily site activities aligned with the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and the project manager to ensure efficient workflow and prompt issue resolution.
  • Supervise laborers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and proper material handling.
  • Enforce safety regulations, ensure PPE compliance, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence from the start of the workday, oversee operations, and support engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tower projects in Lusail is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Must have a valid QID and be eligible for NOC.
  • Sponsorship transfer-ready.
  • Available to join immediately.
