**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in E&I planning within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
