We are looking for **E&I Superintendent** for one of our clients with the following details:

**Duration: 36 Months**

**Location: Doha, Qatar Onshore**

Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering or equivalent working experience in a similar roll for a minimum of 10-12 years on a construction site for a client or major EPC contractors.
- 10 years' experience working in Electrical, Instrument and Controls, preferably in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction, and operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Contractor's Electrical, Instrument, Control, Greenfield Facilities (Offshore scope) Construction fabrication and completion complies with the Contract requirements including codes and standards. Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance.
- Plan and schedule the E&I Construction deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with company operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
- Supervises and ensures that the Contractor's Construction designs comply with the Contract requirements including codes and standards. Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance.
- Monitor and appraise Contractor's performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies are detected; verify effective actions are implemented.
- Verify and participate in effective readiness reviews for assigned Topsides and follow up, focussing on HSSE, Quality and Efficient execution.
- Participate to key project workshops and ensure that Instrument, Control, Functional Safety design recommendation are correctly implemented, and actions closed before the end of FEED (Lessons Learned, Value Engineering, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, engineering criticality assessment, etc.).
- Supports the Engineering interface between the Electrical, Instrument, Control and Telecom of Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) and Pipeline engineering and the following teams: Operations, Drilling, Well Management, the Jacket, the pipelines from the topside's perspective, the Onshore Project Team.
- Provides support to Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) purchase order with the EPC Contractor and System Vendor in accordance with the roles and responsibilities given in the contract to ensure safe and seamless integration of the systems without any disturbance to the existing operating facilities.
- Supports Fabrication Head in monitoring the contractor's progress on delivery of the required documents in the Electrical and Instrument Control of Topsides/Riser Platforms and Onshore (Offshore).
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respect the disciplines involved in delivery of the Electrical, Instrument Control related to Topsides/Riser Platforms Engineering, and ensures endorsement of Process Technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
- Participate pro-actively and lead by example in building a quality culture where all are proactively taking actions to prevent quality issues and to meet quality contractual objectives and agreed KPIs.
- Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to Fabrication Head and Construction Division Manager as appropriate. Verify and analyse fabrication schedules, progress and quantity curves, manpower needs and outlooks for assigned Topsides, with the support of the Project Controls Team.
- Coordinate site interfaces between contractors (and subcontractors) with Completions and Operations team members.
- Provide input to appraisal process for assigned site personnel.
- Participate in lessons learned reviews and provide input to close-out report sections upon completion of work.
