**Inside Sales Account Manager (Telecom)**
Location: Doha, Qatar
**Role Description**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts via telephone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and present suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
**Requirements**:
- Age limit 25 - 45
- Minimum 6 months Experience
- Proven experience in sales, tele sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
