We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced male Shadow Teacher to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Shadow Teacher will be responsible for providing individualized support and assistance to students with special needs in an educational setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs in the classroom setting.
- Assist students with completing academic assignments and tasks, ensuring comprehension and understanding.
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Help students develop and improve their social and communication skills.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and document student progress including behavioral and academic data**.**:

- Attend meetings and conferences with parents, teachers, and other professionals to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to parents and other stakeholders regarding student performance and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and implement evidence-based strategies and interventions.
