**About Role**

Responsible for creating, developing, and delivering innovative and impactful learning initiatives that are business-aligned, learner-centered, and powered by modern technologies to support operational excellence and strategic goals across the airline. This role involves conducting training needs analysis, designing instructional materials, managing content updates, and supporting instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. The specialist ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards, fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and applies emerging learning technologies to enhance engagement. Additionally, the position emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, and the development of a collaborative learning culture within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage content updates and version control across LMS platforms (e.g., MyPath) with LMS & Design teams to ensure the technical aspects are handled efficiently.-
Support facilitators and SMEs in both ILT and VLT sessions ensuring materials and delivery meet quality standards.-
Design, configure, and implement learning programs in the Learning Management System with LMS team to ensure the programs are set up correctly.Maintain learning records, evaluations, and quality documentation with compliance team for internal audits and continuous improvement.- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

In order to be successful for this role, you will possess:
**Essential**

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources or related field with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

**OR**
- Master’s degree or certification in Learning Experience Design, Adult Learning or Educational Technology preferred.

**Preferred**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning development, preferably in aviation or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record in designing learning solutions for diverse audiences. Mastery in instructional design and evaluation models such as HPI, ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of aligning instructional design policies and procedures with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ability to design and create content using a blended-learning approach including utilization and maximizing available learning resources such LMS, LXP, HMM, Spark and other platforms.
