Compensation & Benefits Executive

Conducts job analysis for new positions, creates job descriptions, and manages the job evaluation process to determine the job's worth within AKH and in accordance with the business philosophy. Works closely with department heads to design compensation and benefits programs aligned with market standards.
**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Market Survey**:Analyze market data, and economic projections to ensure AKH compensation and benefits strategy maintain a competitive market position and responsive to the business needs.
2. **Job Design**: Support and coordinate department heads for development of Job description by understanding job content and context to ensure accurate information are collected relative to each job
3. **Job Evaluation**: Evaluate newly created position and re-evaluate existing positions as required to determine relative worth of job, and assign job grade for every new-updated position to establish internal equity
4. **Rewards Program**: Identify market trend by validating market data and design programs which are salary planning, salary structure, STI, promotion cycle, merit increase and other incentive plans to meet business requirement as per market trend and AKH budget.
5. **Policies**: participates in preparation of C&B policies, procedure and process to ensure it meet with market practice.
6. **Continuous improvement**: Contribute to the identification of opportunities to take part in change initiative, programs and projects that reflect market best practice and change in the competitive environment
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or public administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Job evaluation methodology
- Maintain good relations with employees and articulate policies to the staff.
- Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs
- Analytical and team building skills.
