**Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (PHP - Drupal/Laravel)**

Duration : 6 Months

**Scope of Work**:
QM seeks a qualified full-stack developer to develop a corporate website based on a PHP framework (Drupal or Laravel) and ensure MADA+ accessibility certification. The developer will implement the provided UI/UX design, configure the necessary environments, and automate CI/CD processes. The selected provider will also support other INQ projects as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- UI/UX Design Implementation:

- Implement provided UI/UX designs consistently across all platforms and devices.
- Ensure compliance with MADA+ accessibility standards.
- Website Development:

- Develop the website using Drupal or Laravel, ensuring it is modular and scalable.
- Recommend and implement headless solutions if appropriate.
- Environment Configuration & CI/CD:

- Set up development, staging, and production environments, including server infrastructure and databases.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:

- Write comprehensive test scenarios covering functional, performance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews and testing.
- MADA+ Accessibility Compliance:

- Ensure all aspects of the website meet MADA+ certification criteria, including screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation.

**Technical Requirements**:

- PHP Expertise: Extensive experience with Drupal and Laravel, including custom module development, API integrations, and theming.
- Headless CMS Knowledge: Experience with headless CMS solutions.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Proficiency with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
- Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of secure coding and web security standards.
- Accessibility Standards: In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and MADA+ certification processes.
- Onsite & Remote Flexibility: Available for onsite work as required, with remote flexibility.
