**PTW Coordinator**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering.**:

- Prior experience as a **PTW Holder** in a refinery or similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of **Permit to Work (PTW) systems**, safety regulations, and civil work procedures in refinery areas.
- Familiarity with **risk assessments, hazard identification, and worksite safety measures**.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with engineers, safety officers, and site teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Permit Handling**: Ensure all civil activities in the refinery area comply with PTW requirements and are executed safely.
- **Safety Compliance**: Monitor work sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols, risk assessments, and hazard control measures.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and HSE teams to ensure a smooth PTW process.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular site checks to verify that all safety procedures are in place before work begins.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of permits, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**: Ensure all work complies with refinery safety standards and company policies.
- To perform the job in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, especially the **Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy**.
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
