**About the role**

You will be responsible to minimize the payment fraud for card not present (CNP) transactions by screening the card payments. To make correct/timely decision of review transactions in Fraud Screening system to ensure QR's interests are safeguarded.

Key responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring of all Card Not Present transactions via the Fraud Screening system. Monitor potential fraud and make correct decision based on criteria and interpretation of transaction details.
- Perform second level screening on high risk routes of 'direct accept' transactions.
- Take appropriate action in the Fraud Screening system and QR internal communication systems.
- Responsible for timely addressing of Dispute/Fraud/Chargeback/RFI notification from acquirers by submitting appropriate supporting documents.
- Provide all necessary information / supporting to RFI/Chargeback handling team to enable them to defend chargeback.
- Take action as per company policy on recovering chargeback losses Advise stakeholders to action on fraudulent transactions (cancel, suspend booking etc.,) Deal with acquiring bank in protecting QR position in various scenarios of chargeback.
- Maintain all actions in Fraud Screening case management system and reports to ensure documentary proof.
- Ensure strict adherence of PCI-DSS compliance while handling day-to-day Fraud Screening activities.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- 2-3 years Card Fraud screening experience in a similar environment
- Working knowledge in MS Office
- Working knowledge of Reservation System (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, etc.,)
- Strong analytical skill and an eye to identify suspicious transaction
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred
- Experience with credit card transaction processing/fraud screening
