Roles and Responsibilities:

- Shall plan, implement and develop a strategic approach in providing logistics and procurement services to the company in order to enhance efficiency of business operations._

**Logistics**

1. Plan shipments, transportation and delivery of goods and products based on availability and customer requests.

2. Shall be responsible in tracking orders both incoming and outgoing to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

3. Shall manage the arrangement of shipping documents like invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, clearance documents and other needed documents to ensure compliance with custom’s requirements and procedures.

4. Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality and optimize cost of deliveries.

5. Shall be responsible in planning and organizing the transportation of all farm delivery drivers and keeping proper maintenance records of all company delivery vehicles.

6. Shall ensure the most cost effective logistics system to help optimize cost, acquire reasonable prices and increase customer service levels.

7. Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.

**Procurement**

1. Shall ensure a smooth daily operations of the company’s procurement activities.

2. Shall organize and implement a systematic approach for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.

3. Monitoring and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

4. Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving products and services and optimizing cost.

5. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.

6. Maintaining good supplier relations and updating supplier information such as their products and services.

7. Negotiating contracts, researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

8. Preparing budgets, cost analysis and reports.

Job Requirements:

- Male or Female, with at least 2 -3 years related experience.
- GCC logistics and procurement or purchasing experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic speaker is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Customs Management or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
- Should possess an organized and logical approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to look beyond the obvious and understand root causes of any problems that may arise.
- Should have the ability to clearly convey thoughts, concepts, directions and feelings.
- Strong listening, understanding and negotiation skills

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics and Procurement: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
