We are seeking diligent and organized junior inventory controller to join our growing team. In this position you will manage inventory through the use of a computerized database system, Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and conduct cycle counts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Follow up with operation segment on justifications of discrepancies and required actions to be adjusted in the system by operations.
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
- Conduct random unannounced daily count, cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports and review reports monthly with management.
- Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and inventory system records and share with operation segment for investigation and required action.

**Qualifications and Job Specification**
- Bachelor’s degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- good communication skills
