Full Job Description
- Keeps clients appointments on schedule
- Assists clients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Responsible for the cash sales in the salon.
- Prepare a daily report of income and report to the Salon Supervisor.
- Registers clients according to established protocols.
- Acquires and maintains an excellent working knowledge of the computer & booking system.
- Handling customer complaints in an efficient manner & escalating to the Salon Supervisor when necessary.
- Promote, up-sell & cross-sell products and services.
- Protects clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- In-charge for stocks inventory.
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
- Follows the General Policies such as Work Schedule, Proper Grooming and Hygiene and others.
- Always maintain excellent grooming standards to reflect the salon's image.
- Other duties assigned from time to time.
