We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients at the salon. You will be in charge of checking in clients, informing staff of their appointments, setting appointments for perspective clients answering phones and answering inquiries (sharing price lists, salon location, etc), checking out clients and handling payments.

**Receptionist Responsibilities**:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Assisting clients in finding their way around the salon.

Announcing clients as necessary.

Helping maintain workplace security by checking Ehteraz, and keeping non clients from wandering around alone.

Assisting salon management with sales reports weekly.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling appointments.

**Receptionist Requirements**:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

Consistent, professional dress, and manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good time management skills.

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

**Salary**: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
