**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor - Fit-Out will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to liaise effectively between clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure smooth workflow according to the project plan.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.

Monitor and maintain quality standards in all fit-out works (joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Inspect work progress, prepare daily site reports, and update management on progress.

Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet required specifications.

Manage and guide site workers to achieve quality and productivity targets.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of proven site supervision experience in Qatar, specifically in fit-out works.

Good knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Familiarity with Qatar construction regulations and safety standards.
