We are looking for an experienced and professional **Captain Waitress** to join our dynamic team. As a Captain Waitress, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the waitstaff team to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. You will provide high-level customer service, maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, and ensure all guests' needs are met in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and guide a team of waitstaff to ensure excellent service standards are consistently met.
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and making recommendations.
- Take orders, suggest food and beverage items, and ensure order accuracy.
- Ensure that guests' dining experience is flawless by monitoring table settings, food quality, and timely service.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Supervise the proper handling of guest payments and manage billing processes.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Train and mentor new waitstaff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waitress, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Fluent in both **Arabic** and **English** (mandatory), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
