Position Summary:
A restaurant cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within the restaurant to ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience for customers and a comfortable working space for staff. The cleaner plays a crucial role in upholding the restaurant's cleanliness standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall positive image of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing Surfaces: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and other furniture surfaces.
Wipe down counters, bar tops, and serving areas.
Sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Clean glass windows and doors to maintain a presentable appearance.

Dishwashing and Utensil Cleaning: Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils using manual or mechanical methods.
Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored in an organized manner.

Trash and Waste Management: Empty trash bins regularly and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
Separate recyclable materials and follow environmentally friendly waste disposal practices.

Restocking Supplies: Monitor cleaning and restroom supplies and restock them as needed.
Inform management when cleaning supplies or equipment are running low.

Deep Cleaning Tasks: Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or instructed by management.
Deeply clean kitchen equipment, appliances, and ventilation systems.
Clean hard-to-reach or hidden areas to maintain overall cleanliness.

Compliance with Health and Safety Standards: Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures to prevent the spread of germs and pathogens.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

Collaboration with Team Members: Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process during and after operating hours.
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment to the appropriate personnel.

Adhering to Restaurant Policies: Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's policies and procedures related to cleanliness and sanitation.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers and other staff members.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: QAR1,100.00 per month
