**About the role**:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Flight Operations team as a Crew Hotels & Allowances Specialist.

As a Crew Hotels & Allowances Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the long term and short-term outstation crew accommodation requirement function.

**Specific responsibilities for the role include**:

- Responsible for supplier rating as well as measuring and monitoring the performance of Crew Hotels and third-party transport providers across Qatar Airways network.
- Strengthen suppliers’ relationships while working closely with other stakeholders such as procurement in choosing the right supplier, assessing supplier contribution and performance.
- Participate in communication and collaboration with suppliers to simplify solutions towards non-conformance and attain visibility report for each contracted suppliers’ quality status.
- Liaising with Projects and IT teams to configure any system modifications which would include preparation of the scope, testing and subsequent implementation in a live environment.
- Oversee the entire operational crew layover room requirement and transport at outstations.
- Ensure the long-term arrangements for crew to have airport transfers and rooms blocked while on layovers for both Passenger, Freighter operations & pilots on outstation training courses.

Qualifications

**About you**
- Relevant College or University qualification with a minimum of 5 years job-related experience.
- Knowledge of Crew allowance module functionality in TOPS and knowhow of crewing functions.
- Strong customer service orientation, organized, extremely detail oriented and possess strong follow up skills.
- Highly developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent airline operational coordination skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
