**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze tender opportunities from government portals, clients, and consultants.
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for FM contracts including soft, hard, and specialized services.
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR) to gather accurate information for bids.
- Prepare pricing sheets, breakdowns, and margin analysis.
- Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, deadlines, and company standards.
- Maintain a database of past bids, suppliers, subcontractors, and cost benchmarks.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor pricing.
- Support contract handover to operations upon award.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FM tendering within the GCC.
- Strong understanding of integrated FM services (cleaning, MEP, security, landscaping, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and tendering platforms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
