We are seeking an experienced
Tender Specialist / Technical Engineer
to join our team in
Qatar
, focusing on
MEP and Fit-Out projects
.

Role Overview:

You will manage the full tendering process — reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering, estimation, and commercial teams, and ensuring timely, competitive submissions. This role combines
technical expertise
,
commercial strategy
, and
cross-team collaboration
to help secure key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Prepare and compile
    technical submissions
    ,
    compliance statements
    , and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with
    estimation, design, procurement, planning, construction, and commercial teams
    .
  • Draft
    method statements, work programs, and construction methodologies
    .
  • Attend
    site visits
    , pre-bid meetings, and clarification sessions.
  • Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and provide value engineering solutions.
  • Track tender progress, document submissions, and maintain supplier/subcontractor databases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Engineering
    or
    Construction Management
    .
  • 7+ years
    experience in
    tendering, estimation, or technical engineering
    for MEP and Fit-Out projects in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of
    tendering procedures, contracts, QCS
    , and local standards.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project
    , and estimation software.
  • Excellent
    communication, analytical, and time-management skills
    .
