Assist the Management and supervisors in the development of tracking system of workers performances
- Generate various project management reports including but not limited to Key Performance Indicator. Monitor and update Shipyard KPI’s
- Monitor and report costs control measures and ensure achievements.
- Provide reports on monthly basis to the VP on shipyard performances in terms of hours actual vs budget, 3-6 months plan, team leader performances
- Assist in the preparation of Presentation in power point. Review budget vs actual hours on each project with related parties
- Ensure that relevant management information is captured, analyzed and reported to the concerned using effective communication tools and methods
- Being involved and coordinate execution of specific improvement projects aimed to develop the yard towards a more efficient machine
- Collect, update, research, analyze and present data, information, reports and other documents to the Assistant Managers - Projects when necessary
- Collaborate with all shipyard functions to enhance project success on as needed basis and provide input to streamlining processes for optimal efficiencies
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
