**F & B Supervisor Job Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager.
- Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
- Ensuring guests’ satisfaction through promoting excellent services.
- Provides guests accurate information of the restaurant menu, specialties, and current promotions.
- Upsells variety of products to the guests to maximize sales.
- Ensures that all orders are prepared and served according to established standards and presentation.
- Ensures that different sections of the restaurant are well-stocked, and all necessary equipment and accessories are well-maintained.
- Handles guests’ concerns professionally.
- Ensures that orders are prepared in a timely manner, orders are checked for accuracy, and will serve as a liaison between the line cooks, servers and our guests.
- Responding to guests’ complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Maintaining quality control for all food served.
- Analyzing staff evaluations and feedbacks to improve the guests’ experience.
- Overseeing health code compliance and sanitation standards.
- Looking for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
- Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as required.
- Training new and existing employees and managers.
- Attending meetings.
- Ensuring that all items are labelled accordingly.
- Spotting items that are about to expire or go out of stock.
- Motivating the staff to work harder.
- Supervising the task of the employees.
- Attending and ensuring employees attend basic food safety and work safety training programs.

**F & B Supervisor Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proven 4-5 work experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
