**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market in Qatar. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and decision-makers in target industries.
- **Customer Needs Analysis**: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC requirements, including energy efficiency, airflow, climate control, and sustainability needs. Propose customized solutions that align with their technical and budgetary constraints.
- **Proposal & Quotation Preparation**: Develop detailed proposals, quotations, and technical specifications for potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales deals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and competitor activities in the HVAC industry in Qatar. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the engineering, production, and product development teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately communicated and met. Assist in the customization of products as needed.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related technical field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in sales engineering within the HVAC industry, preferably with a focus on AHU, FCU, FAHI, DX, and Ecology units in Qatar or the Middle East region.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and HVAC design requirements.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools is a plus.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in the HVAC sector. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer innovative HVAC solutions that add value.
- **Driving License**: Valid Qatari driving license.
