**Job Title**:HR Recruiter Officer**
**Location**:DOHA-QATAR**

**Job Overview**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand specific staffing needs for various construction roles.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and labor suppliers for skilled and unskilled manpower.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR and management.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers of employment.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in recruiting both staff and skilled/unskilled manpower for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR3.00 per month
