- Execute long-term business plan and aggressively evaluate new business possibilities with Commercial & Business Development Manager Communicate contract labor obligations and comply with norms.
- Work pack and procurement for site engineering and construction. Perform technical and support tasks for contracts, agreements, tenders, and other written documents.
- To meet Company Offshore standards, inspect construction and maintenance materials, supplies, equipment, and services for quality and quantity.
- Ensure contract field work meets business standards, procedures, specifications, and codes. Maintain HSE, quality, and financial accountability.
- Coordinate daily operations with boats and clients. Coordinates information between Project, Subsea, Engineering, Commercial, Marine, Technical, Crew Manning, and Fabrication Yard.
- Protects employee health and the environment at all sites/work premises under their authority.
- Requirements Mechanical/Civil/Construction Engineering Master's Minimum 10 years of offshore project/construction/maintenance experience.
- Engineering and project management software expertise Oracle apps English proficient Mechanical, structural, and SURF knowledge Health, safety, security, and environmental regulations knowledge Understanding Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001
