We are looking for a **Construction Coordinator (Offshore Brownfield)**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Qatar, Offshore**

**Estimated Start Date: October 2025**

**Estimated End Date: October 2028**

**Contract Duration: 36 months**

Qualification and Experience Required:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering
- Required to have offshore survival certificate and be able to pass an offshore medical evaluation. OPITO certification is mandatory.
- Ability to work on or be based on offshore platform or vessel.

Knowledge and/or Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in offshore construction and installation in major capital projects - especially in BF scopes
- Extensive experience with brownfield project execution both from Contractor and Client organizations.

Technical and Business Skills
- Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the Offshore projects. It is an advantage if you have experience from Clients Completion philosophy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
- Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.

Job Purpose:

- Assist Company Offshore Brownfield leadership team to coordinate day to day Construction activities of EPC Contractor for safe and successful execution of offshore brownfield scopes to meet EPC and overall project objectives by ensuring quality, time of the work, effective and efficient delivery of the Project.

Key Job Accountabilities
- Coordinate with offshore BF construction technical and execution leadership to support the constructability and installability methods and strategies
- Coordinates and participates in readiness reviews and approvals to proceed for major offshore activities including site mobilization (e.g., JUB mobilization and set up), pre-shutdown, shutdown, and re-starts
- Supports and communicates project priorities and strategies to all pre-fabrication yard teams for Brownfield and tie-in scopes
- Ensure interfaces (engineering, other construction / fabrication sites, commissioning / startup, operations, etc.) are properly managed for Brownfield and tie-in scope
- Coordinate with EPC Contractor to deliver SDMS Gated deliverables and Construction Workpacks as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with Company Construction leadership team on day to day offshore readiness reviews - HSE, QA/QC methods, Procurement, Fabrication, Logistics etc.
- Actively review and follow up all construction engineering deliverables, workshop actions, Lessons Learnt implementation and coordinate with Company PMT and EPC Contractor to satisfactorily close out.
- Ensure team readiness for offshore campaigns through regular readiness reviews and assist CSR in day to day progress reporting to Home Office from Offshore locations.
