We’re looking to expand our team with a dedicated Car Sourcing Specialist to help us acquire vehicles for our platform, ensuring we offer a wide selection of cars to our customers.

**Job Summary**: As a Car Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing vehicles for Easy Sell Buy Car. This position is ideal for someone with strong industry connections and an in-depth understanding of the automotive market. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have an extensive inventory of cars available for sale to meet our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Sourcing**: Identify and source vehicles from various channels, including individual sellers, dealers, auctions, and online platforms.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed of the latest trends and demands in the local car market to understand customer needs and source accordingly.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate prices and terms with sellers to secure the best deals while ensuring the quality of vehicles meets Easy Sell Buy Car standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of sourced vehicles and ensure all necessary documentation is processed for the sale.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, wholesalers, and individual sellers to expand the vehicle supply network.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure sourced vehicles are marketed and promoted effectively to potential buyers.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sourcing activities, vehicle inventory, and market trends to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Must be located in Qatar.**:

- **Valid Qatari Driving License** and **own a car** to facilitate movement between different locations.
- Proven experience in vehicle sourcing, sales, or the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online car marketplaces and local automotive networks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Existing network in the automotive industry.
- Experience with vehicle pricing and quality assessments.
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection and evaluation.

**Salary**: 3,000 - 3,500 QAR per month, plus **commission** based on performance.
