**Operations Manager - Used Car Online Showroom**

We are a growing **online car dealership** based in **Lusail, Qatar**, specializing in the purchase and sale of **used and new vehicles**. Our platform connects car owners and buyers through a transparent and efficient process, combining technology and professional service to enhance the car trading experience.
**Job Summary**:
The **Operations Manager** is responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom and online platform. This role ensures smooth coordination between all departments—**Sales, Procurement, HR, Admin, and Marketing**—and guarantees that company goals, profitability, and performance standards are met. The Operations Manager reports directly to the **General Manager (GM)** and plays a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operational activities across all departments.
- Coordinate between **sales, procurement, HR, admin, and marketing** to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and monitor the **showroom operations**, ensuring all vehicles are listed, displayed, and sold according to company standards.
- Manage and track **stock levels**, vehicle sourcing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and analyze **daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports**.
- Take full responsibility for the **Profit and Loss (P&L)** performance of the business.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
- Support HR in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to enhance overall operations.
- **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree **in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).**automotive, retail, or trading industry**.* and**ready to join immediately**. Valid Qatari driving license**(preferred).*What We Offer:
