We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shawarma Production in charge to lead our team. As the Production in charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation to food preparation and presentation. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for exceptional quality and innovation, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and design seasonal menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and culinary excellence.

- Incorporate locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, while keeping up with emerging food trends.
- Good knowledge in shawarma marination
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure menu offerings align with the restaurant's vision and target market.
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, plating methods, and portion control.
- Maintain a strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation to meet regulatory standards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and supervise the entire kitchen team, including line cooks, and other kitchen staff.
- Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for different shifts and peak dining periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients while maintaining cost control.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure smooth kitchen operations and minimize errors.
- Inspire and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance the skills and performance of kitchen staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and recognize outstanding contributions.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant management team, including the General Manager and Front of House staff, to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Foster open lines of communication within the kitchen team to encourage feedback and suggestions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Shawarma Production Head
- Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative and visually stunning menus.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse kitchen team.
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the restaurant industry.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
