**We’re Looking For**:
A driven and experienced **Sales Agent** to join our team, specializing in **off-plan property sales** across the **GCC region**. If you’re passionate about real estate and have at least **2 years of proven experience**, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell and promote off-plan properties from top GCC developers.
- Maintain a strong client database and close high-value deals.
- Advise clients on property investment options and ROI.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years’ experience** in real estate sales, preferably off-plan.
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC real estate market.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- English required; Arabic is an added advantage.

**Commission Structure**:
**Commission-Based Only**
**Earn 2% to 7% per deal** - based on performance & project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
