Position: B2B2C Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and energetic B2B2C Sales Agent to join our field sales team. This role involves promoting telecom services directly to customers within assigned corporate and government environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in outdoor or direct sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit assigned company or government workplaces to engage employees on-site.

· Introduce and explain service plans and offers tailored for employee benefits.

· Support customers with registration and activation procedures.

· Maintain daily records of employee interactions, leads, and conversions.

· Participate in workplace campaigns, desk setups, and awareness activities.

· Share feedback on customer needs and workplace response to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent or in outdoor/direct sales.

Bilingual: Arabic & English.

Driving License is preferred.

Valid QID and eligible to work in Qatar.

Strong communication, persuasion, and customer interaction skills.

Energetic, confident, and goal-driven personality.
