In order to be considered for this vacancies you need to meet the essential education and experience requirements as mentioned below under "Minimum Requirements". - Global Medical Recruiting (GMR) is a "Registered Recruitment Partner" with the Medical Group in Qatar. _GMR does not charge you (the applicant) any recruitment fees as we are paid by the Medical Group for our placement services._ - Package - Minimum Requirement - Job Specification - About the Employer **Package**: **OVERSEAS SENIOR CONSULTANT PHYSICIAN CONTRACT**: **Basic Salary**:The **offered amount is the discretion of the employer.** **Transport Allowance: 1250 QAR per month.** **Mobile Allowance: 300 QAR per month.** **Market Allowance: Estimated **+/- 30 % of monthly basic salary.** **Professional Allowance: Estimated **+/- 15 % of the monthly basic salary.** **Accommodation**: Provided.(if applicable) **Annual Leave**: 50 calendar days. **Air passage Entitlement**: Business Class - for yourself & family (spouse and up to 3 children up to 18 years old (joining, annual leave & repatriation). _Provided that he/she obtained residence permit for them under your sponsorship, if applicable._ **Conference entitlement**: Yearly Conference (after completion of 18 months in service maximum of 9 days, not debitable to your annual leave entitlement) with free business class round-trip ticket. **School Assistance**: 21 000 QAR (maximum) per child per academic year. The Senior Consultant is responsible for the care of all patients admitted under his name and for all the clinical decisions made by other doctors under his supervision. Ability to relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives, recognizing the need to represent both the clinical work and the team. In addition to providing high quality patient care (diagnose, treat, manage and admit patients under his name) as delineated by his clinical privileges, the Senior Consultant works closely with department chair and/or section head on management issues (such as service development, funding, budgets, and staffing), on the teaching and training of junior doctors, and on academic and research priorities.
