**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Accountable for the safe and timely delivery of the contract obligations against the key business metrics
- Responsible for meeting the project objectives within the agreed timescales and budget, whilst ensuring that the Project Management System is applied throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing leadership, direction and guidance to senior managers to ensure quality technical services are provided that meet both the project and client requirements
- Overall responsibility for the management of all staff within the project
Provide overall direction and leadership of the programme
- Responsible for the overall performance of the programme including cost, schedule, safety and quality as well as staff performance
- Responsible for planning & governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the project’s output in alignment with Client requirements
- Maintain strategic alignment between the project and the organization
- Interface with the senior representatives of the Client, consultants and contractors
- Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project
- Regularly communicate with the company management & key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
- Define the project governance (controls), plan the overall project and monitor the progress
- Manage the project’s budget, risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinate the project packages and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects, manage stakeholders’ communication
- Promote and maintain health and safety and ensure safety rules are being followed

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certified Project Management Professional status or member of equivalent institution
- Successfully led numerous complex, large-scale PMCM programmes across a range of clients and multi-disciplinary teams
- 20+ years' experience in delivering fully coordinated, multi-disciplinary Project Management and Construction Management projects in the capacity of Project Manager or Project Director
- A well-versed with respect to delivering a fully coordinated project using the latest engineering design and collaboration tools, including BIM
- Been working for an international consultancy for around 15-20 years and over 5 years of my experience has been in the Middle East
- A degree in a relevant discipline, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Programme Management and Construction Management projects
