**Project Director**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Professional qualification from a recognized international institution.
- Chartered/Licensed from a professional engineering society.
- Minimum of 25 years of demonstrable experience in the field of civil engineering.
- At least 15 years in a managerial or technical lead capacity, managing all aspects of construction management, supervision, and project administration.
- Proven record of success in managing similar infrastructure, sewerage, surface, and ground water network projects.
- Extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental protection aspects of construction projects.
