Developing, implementing, and managing the Work Permit System and its relevant IS management tool
- Manage the Work Permit Process and coordinate all works to ensure full safety.
- Lead in the planning of annual maintenance schedules with approved contractors.
- Ensure coordination with appropriate stakeholders in the development and maintenance of the work schedules
- Monitor/audit the adherence to and efficiency of the maintenance safety related processes
- Assist the RQHSE department in the different certification management processes to be implemented (i.e., ISO 9000, 14000, 55000 or EFQM)
- Issue the monthly/period and ongoing reporting in line with the contractual and stakeholders’ requirements
- Managing and coordinating all works and maintenance on the network, from a safety perspective
- Validating, reviewing, and validating the maintenance processes, procedures, manuals and plans for all relevant systems and equipment for both in-house and outsourced maintenance, from a safety perspective

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance / safety for high performance systems: 10 years (required)
- Railway environment & its operations & safety procedures: 10 years (required)
- Safety Management Systems & Tools: 10 years (required)
- Railway Engineering Works and Booking in Process: 10 years (required)
