**Job Title: Charge Hand - Infrastructure & Construction**
**Employment Type: Full-time, 4-Month Contract (with potential for extension)**
**Compensation: QAR 2700 per month (All-Inclusive)**
**Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Charge Hand to join our team for Infrastructure & Construction Projects. As a Charge Hand, you will oversee day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of workers on construction and infrastructure projects
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and materials on-site
- Monitor daily progress and report to site managers or supervisors
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality control
- Coordinate the delivery and proper handling of materials and resources
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of QAR 2700 per month (all-inclusive)
- Full-time, 4-month contract with the possibility of extension
- Work schedule of 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
