Lead - IT Security & Governance

Duration:

**Role Summary**:
Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's information security governance framework, ensuring alignment with the **Information Security Management System (ISMS)**, **Qatar Cybersecurity Framework (QCSF)**, and the **National Information Assurance Policy (NIAP - Qatar)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the organization's ISMS in compliance with national and international standards (e.g., QCSF, NIAP, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust information security governance frameworks and practices across the organization.
- Promote a strong, organization-wide culture of information security awareness, accountability, and compliance.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the identification and management of security gaps, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor on security-related governance and risk issues to senior leadership.
