**Expected experience**:

- Must be fully knowledgeable on Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control, Waste Management and COSHH requirements
- Must be fully knowledgeable on Scaffolding requirements and issue of working at Height permits
- Must be fully knowledgeable on OH&S + Enviromental Aspect and Impact Development and Assessments
- Must be able to carry out Equipment Inspections for FM related light machineries
- Able to develop FM work specific Safe Work Method Statements, OHS and ENV Risk Impact and Aspect registers (project basis)
- Able to carry out equipment Inspections of all FM related machineries and electrical tools used for the project
- Able to develop Health and Enviromental control monitoring system (Energy, Water, Waste, Paper, Light, Air, Sound)
- Able to carry out Accident and Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and communicate HSE alerts
- Full understanding of Fire Protection Systems, Equipment's and Emergency Drills
- Full understanding of Covid mitigation measures, communications, controls and enforcement
- Conduct regular Tool Box Talk Briefings to all employees
- Conduct Emergency Drills for the employees
- Able to carry out Trainings that will include and not be limited to the following:

- New Hire Trainings for FM Services
- Quality Management Training Package
- Level 2 HSE Training Package
- Level 2 Fire Safety Training Package
- COSHH Training program
- Heat Stress, Pest Control, Waste Management, Cleaning and Blood Borne pathogen Training programs,

**Salary**: From QAR7,000.00 per month
