**Responsibilities**
- Provide courteous and helpful service to our customers.
- Promote interaction with customers using a proven sales process.
- Prospect and follow up on all sales leads.
- Assist Manager in all store operations.
- Responsible for maximizing sales through assisting customers in the selection, purchase and delivery of merchandise while providing a warm and friendly customer service.
- The ideal person will have the ability to read each customer’s needs and match their requirements to the benefits of our merchandise.
- Ensure fiscal goals and quotas are achieved.
- Own all phases of the customer experience from initial meeting through delivery and post-sale follow-up. Keep customers updated regularly on orders or any status changes.

- Outgoing personality and ability to speak with brand new customers daily.

- Always display a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- **Essentials**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in sales; swimming pools is a must
- Ability to work at least 8 hours a day.
- Ability to stand and to move freely between sites and generate leads
