Doha, Qatar Al Sharqi Holding Full time

To act as first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external customers.
- Maintain personnel files for all staff and ensure that the database is kept up to date.
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Manage and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Providing input on all compensation and benefits related matters including new offers, pay reviews, promotions, transfers within policies and guidelines.
- Collecting monthly time sheets and preparing the payroll.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Ensure compensation and benefits related databases are maintained accurate and up to date.
- Assist and explain procedures and policies in response to inquiries.
- Establish & maintain confidential filing system, categorize & maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence & other source material.
- General HR administrative support for line managers and employees.
- Suggest continuous improvement in the team’s process and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
