**General experience and knowledge**:
**Essential Experience**:

- Experience in collaborate with other IT groups on monthly patching, non-patch vulnerability remediation, vulnerability exception review
- Experience in performing ad-hoc vulnerability scans and/or reports
- Experience interacting with all levels of management, external bodies, stakeholders, and policy holders including senior leadership
- Developed different types vulnerability reports manually or through tools to drive remediation
- Engage and guide IT operations as needed to driving remediation of vulnerabilities
- Aggressively but tactfully communicate the right priority to reduce risk.

**Essential skills**:

- Understanding of vulnerability management processes
- Vulnerability scanning
- Vulnerability and Risk based reporting
- Vulnerability Remediation (knowledge of Windows operating system, Linux operating systems).
- Intermediate scripting skills (Python, Powershell)
- Intermediate to expert in hardening for Windows operating system, Linux operating systems)
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to research, analyze, and present vulnerability findings.
- Strong work ethics and integrity to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Energetic and organized with ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Great attention to detail to ensure all artifacts produced are concise and accurate
