**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a Process Excellence framework to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the go-to business partner for transformation, supporting leaders in implementing, measuring, and improving processes.
- Ensure Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies are scalable and applied consistently across the organization.
- Identify and execute process re-engineering and automation opportunities in collaboration with IT, data teams, and operations.
- Define and track performance benchmarks using data and analytics to measure success and guide decision-making.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with executives, industry experts, and technology partners to bring best practices to life.
- Champion innovation initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of job-related experience (or 12+ years without a degree) in large multinational environments.
- Proven expertise in process mining, digital twin technologies, Lean Six Sigma, and operational improvement.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-functional process optimization projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define KPIs and refine initiatives based on data insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Solid managerial skills, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance development.
- Experience in consulting, transformation programs, and/or AI-related projects is highly desirable.
