- Master the geological design, well location proposal, drilling construction design; Collect and analyze adjacent well data, review operation technical plan;
- Organize pre-drilling geological disclosure meeting and pre-drilling inspection on land;
- Review of geological data, completion reports and comprehensive completion logs;
- Preparation of drilling geological design, preparation of completion geological summary report and completion geological comprehensive map;
- Master the geological design, well location proposal, drilling construction design; Collect and analyze adjacent well data, review operation technical plan;
- To comprehensively and effectively control the health, safety, environmental protection, quality, schedule and cost of geological logging operations;
- Logging equipment debugging inspection, safety inspection; Inspection and confirmation of geological equipment and platform geological facilities; Confirmation of geological consumables and communication conditions;
- Collect well site data, implement well position coordinates, confirm directional well trajectory, and issue written operation instructions;
- Organize pre-drilling geological disclosure meeting of well site;
- Check logging data, review logging daily content and charts;
- Supervise and record regular equipment and late time check;
- Daily and special situation reporting (data transmission, telephone, information) as required;
- Identification and evaluation of oil, gas and water layers on site according to cuttings, oil and gas displays and adjacent well data;
- According to adjacent well data, field logging data, drilling parameters and other geological horizon, buried hill interface, drilling core horizon, etc.;
- Review the descriptions of cuttings, cores and wall cores;
- Prompt and track engineering operations according to geological risk prediction;
- Timely report and make suggestions when the actual drilling does not match the geological design;
- Put forward opinions on logging data acquisition according to formation lithology and oil-bearing conditions; Completion methods and tests based on logging and logging data
- Proposed horizon;
- Check and track the admission, packing, transportation and archiving of cuttings, cores and wall cores;
- Logging and completion data inspection;
- Review and confirm the service provider's work and charge sheet.

**Requirements**:
1) Obtain valid qualification certificates, such as IWCF Well Control program combined surface and subsea BOP stack, hydrogen sulfide certificate, health certificate and other relevant certificates and technical qualification certificates.

2) For those whose mother tongue is not English, the English certificate requires IELTS/TOEFL or English language proficiency certificate.

3) More than 15 years of supervision or field related professional work experience; More than 5 years of overseas drilling project experience, or more than 5 years of foreign company working experience in oilfield drilling and completion service or more than 5 years of foreign company working experience in oilfield drilling and completion development.

4) (Have at least 3 years and above experience in deepwater drilling projects, and provide relevant supporting materials.

5) Proficient in using LANDMARK, CARBON, Geolog and other geological software; proficient in using office software for daily reports; proficient in compiling geological profiles and well connection comparison maps, geological design books and geological summary reports.

6) Have key exploration well drilling core, buried hill and metamorphic rock identification, ultra-deep high temperature and pressure, complex lithology, deep water exploration well work experience is preferred.

7) Majored in resource exploration and petroleum engineering, with a bachelor's degree or above in petroleum geology.

Contract length: 24 months
