Industry: Oil & Gas City/Country: Doha, Qatar Location: Doha We are looking for a** SURF Offshore HSE Supervisor** for one of our clients with the following details: L**ocation: Doha, Qatar - Offshore** **Mob date: JUL-2025** **Demob date: NOV-2026** **Work status: Rotational 28 days ON / 28 days OFF** Qualifications & Experience Required - Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (minimum number of verifiable 15 years) - Familiar with offshore construction and commissioning activities - Fluent in English - Offshore SIMOPS experience - NEBOSH or equivalent OPITO Certifications - H2S, T-BOSIET & AGT - OERTM & OERTL. Personal qualities - Teamwork and collaborative mindset. - Open-minded and keen to knowledge sharing - Leadership and strong listening / communication skills - Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment. Activities - Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture, and objectives for the project as the CPY HSE reference and focal point on the fabrication yard. - Verifying implementation and adhesion of Contractor with the requirements of the CONTRACT Exhibit L. - HSE supervision of fabrication activities at Sites. - Being "visible at Site" and "walking the talk" with HSE as a priority. - Timely Intervention where HSE deficiencies are identified and report. - Conduct Project HSE meetings, training, audits, and inspection. - Work closely with the rest of the project team at the assigned location to promote the realization of the EPCI09 HSE objectives & overall MP HSE objectives. - Highlight and alert his HSE Superintendent & CSR about identified CONTRACTOR' deviation from HSE objectives & CPY set HSE standards/expectation. - Job holder shall be assigned be primarily assigned offshore, with possible mission onshore base on operational requirement. **If interested, kindly apply
