**Education & Certification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Science.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in HR, independent problem-solving abilities, out of the box thinking, strong attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, superior verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions / tasks and manage work on time.
- Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work.
- Solutions driven and client-service oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate diverse cultural understanding.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

**Skills & Competencies**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in an HR Operations role is important.
