Doha, Qatar SOCAST MARKETING AND ADVERTISING Full time

Ø Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

Ø Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals

Ø Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction

Ø Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

Ø Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

Ø Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members

Ø Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Ø Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Ø Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Ø Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

Ø Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Ø Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

Ø Create content calendars and syndication schedules

Ø Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Ø Collaborate with Operations and Central Kitchen for new content

Ø Receive customer feedback and regularly posting it on Social Media Accounts

Ø Arranging Influencer’s coverage’s and recording them/sharing them on LC social media accounts

Ø Working with creative (videographer/photographer) to create attractive and up to date content

Ø Contacting customers whose MPs are expiring to gain high levels of customer retention
Ø Directly reports to Manager for approval for content calendars, publishing, optimizing pages and creating content

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
