**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled SOC Analyst -Level 2 to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will manage escalated security incidents from the Level 1 team, trigger the incident response process, and drive incidents to resolution. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's security posture and improving monitoring processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accept and analyze escalations from the Level 1 team using tools such as Logpoint, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, FireEye, or CrowdStrike.
- Initiate the incident response process following established protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and close security incidents.
- Document all actions taken during incident analysis, response, and remediation.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Level 1 team to improve monitoring processes.
- Assist in optimizing security monitoring tools and refining incident handling procedures.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a SOC or similar security operations role.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools and incident management systems.
- Strong understanding of security incident handling, network protocols, and threat analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, or FireEye.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA CySA+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
