About the role:
Key accountabilities for the role include:

- To provide an efficient and exceptional standard of service with regards to pre-set and assembling of meals for flight
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of essential equipment’s & products for daily operations.
- Responsible for proper documentation of CCP (Critical Control Points) & other important records as per HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) norms
- Implementation of Hygiene & Safety guidelines and instructions
- Control Accidents of staff within department that can occur while on job by providing proper safety training and monitoring as well as documented all incident reports
- Ensure no failure in maintaining CCP during internal and external hygiene & process audits
- Train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management.
- Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

Essential
- Excellent knowledge on Flight Catering operation
- Good spoken & written English
- Basic food safety and manual handling training
- Sound Knowledge of GLP’s (Galley Loading Plans)
- Excellent knowledge of food & service structure
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Supervisory skills
- Capable in problem solving

Preferred
- Basic Firefighting procedures.
- Basic First Aid procedures
